I love Sams club period. My store is Chesapeake square. I don't like the layout of this store. It's not in any kind of sequence or pattern and I literally have to walk the entire store to get a few items. Chesapeake is organized and I'm use to the floor plan. This is the only one like that I believe. Even in other states so far that I have visited. Oh and I love the scan and go!!
They have about anything you want and need. A great place to get lost in
I went there around 6:00 to get a Rotisserie Chicken for dinner. There was 10 mins left on the timer. That means at least 30 mins. People were standing in disorganized lines, fighting when the chickens came out. It was like Hunger Games. Why don't they pull numbers, like at a deli? And why isn't there a limit? Some lady loaded up her cart with 15 chickens! You should have to preorder for that quantity.
I used the new Scan and Go App!!! Awesome!!!!!! I will use it from now on, no lines, no waiting... scanned my items as I walked, paid then went to the door and they scanned my phone� super easy.
TRY ANSWERING THE PHONE EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE!!! STORE NUMBER 757-631-9791 NO ONE EVER COMES ON THE LINE!! Don't want to hear an excuse about being busy, because I started calling at 7 AM and it is now 12 o'clock in the afternoon and no one has answered the phone, not one time that I've tried to call!!! Very bad customer service!!!!!
