👎🏻Went last weekend after not going for months & the cashier told us our memebership expired so we renewed it but the cashier was so busy trying to up sell us to a more expensive membership that she didn’t even bring our cart up & finish ringing up our items!!I had to ask her did she ring up those items in our cart & her reply was “Oh I didn’t know”..Really?!Like we hand carried a $100 worth of sams club bulk items?!Maybe you should worry more about ringing up your members items & less about trying to up sell us a more exp... read more

I purchase my protein shakes which are Premier Protein products. They had two flavors last year at the Virginia Beach club, they were peaches & cream, and strawberries & cream. Manufacturer has these flavors available. Club manager is working at trying to get home office to order, hopefully this occurs. Need variety or will tire of the shake flavors I currently ingest, chocolate and bananas & cream.

So Me & My Mom Walked Around Sam’s Club on Virginia Beach Blvd from 12pm to about 145pm today trying to make sure we had everything do you know they had the audacity to have supervisors, team leads & cart boys follow us down every aisle .... sending people on dummy missions like they were fake customers walking behind us...well I already called corporate on you...Racial profiling and assumptions get you in a lot of trouble and you just lost a customer. If it wasn’t for a shame I would have saved my $471 some where else shame... read more
