Nice store but I always have to wait in line forever. They only had two lanes open the other day, then they closed one. So dumb, the line was winding down the aisle after you enter.
Oct 3rd asked for the Tire Department was transferred and was put on hold for 30 mins no one even came to the phone after I was placed on hold. I have a screenshot picture showing the duration of the phone calls.
Sam Club sucks... I was the first one in line to get a rotate and balance and tire repair but because two people had an appointment to get tires on I was pushed back two cars.. now I understand if you have an appointment you should go first but I think that I should be told that there are other people in front of me that have appointments not only that you cannot make an appointment to have a rotate and balance which I tried to make... so even if you do walk-in to get a rotate and balance you never know how long it's going t... read more
Still wondering whether it's worth the membership since prices aren't that different than Walmart itself. But, larger quantities and some good deals can be found. I might just keep the membership.
