No customer service No one helps, just brushed off to another person You can never speak to a manager Better off going to Aldis There you are greeted and stopped just to see if you can be helped. If you order home delivery make sure you have a week of food to last you , you might get your delivery in a week. They take no responsibility when you do not get your order the delivery is from a third party, advised to call corporate office, when you call corporate you get someone from out of state, then your put on hold for 34 min... read more

Sam's Club renewed my membership without my consent. They took $50.00 off my card without letting me know and when I called them to refund the money they told me it could take 5 to 7 days. They were able to take the money right away but not give it back.

I joined Sam's Club as a new member through one of their promotions: Membership for $50 plus $50 off your first purchase in store. I received an email including the 27Y9X Join Offer code. On my first in-club purchase, the discount did not show up at register. Customer service basically kept saying "I've never seen a deal like this before" or "did you put the code in when you signed up". On Friday 1/20/23 at 6:00 am I got a text alert that someone tried to take 95.00 out of my checking acct. and my card was being shut off. And to my surprise it was Sams Club. Sams club went to an opt out program instead of an opt in program. So Sams club tried to take 95.00 out of my acct to cover 2023 membership plus one extra person. I have been a member since 2003 I have NEVER heard of this. I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well. SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them. When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with. I filed a complaint because the auto center did a poor job changing my tires. The local store could do nothing to remedy the situation but after filing my complaint, I was contacted by a customer service rep Michael who showed the utmost level of professionalism and care. Because of this experience, I plan on continuing to use Sam’s knowing that people at the upper levels do have the customers best interest in mind.

I have been trying to place an online order for a week now, It automatically gets canceled, with no explanation and support knows nothing..I cannot leave numbers on here so I have to XX them out, this is just a few that have been canceled. Would not recommend ordering large items from Sam's.com. I ordered a TV during black Friday, Nov 28, and it was scheduled to arrive on Dec 7. The tracking info appeared the next day on Nov 29. It was later set to arrive Dec 2 but never did and the next five days kept showing the same thing of "out for delivery expected to arrive Dec 2". I contacted FedEx on Dec 5 and Sam's. FedEx responded on Dec 7 stating the package was delivered Dec 3. Sam's stated that the package was delivered as well. Someone was home all day Dec 3 and... read more

We spend so much money at sam's ordered a $600 tv 1st time using their delivery and what a nightmare no one is on the same page I spent hours of my time trying to figure out where the order was, they scheduled a delivery of a 4 hour time frame on a Saturday waited called to be told they are in the area couple hours later call again to be given another number to call for that number to be wrong given another number to be told the tv was never picked up to be delivered.
