0/5 if I could. Terrible refund experience. We ordered a TV from Sam's online and were expecting it to get delivered in the window provided. We waited and it never came and we never received any notification, no email, no call, no text. I checked the tracking number provided and got told that it was returned even though the status in the Sam's app/website still says on its way (16 days later). placed order on aug 31st, damaged in shipping, filed report, rep called sept 8th and very polite and replaced order and gave $10 gift card, sept 13th got all but 1 item, called and customer service would not help bc my husband was primary acct holder, it was placed in my name org. and billed to me, but she put replacement in his (we are both on acct), he would not help. Mind you it's going to same household, why was it okay on 8th to talk to me and take care of situation but not today. Never order online from them again. No ... read more

I purchased a new set of tires from Sam's club, I always took my car in when it was time for a rotation. For 3 years I received a free rotation, but on 9/8/2023 I was denied my free rotation. I will never buy tires again from a major retailer like Sam's club. My next purchase will be with a local tire company who does honor their policy's and warranty on the purchase of a new set of tires. Local support to small business is better than places like Sam's club.
