I want to sharemy experience this Nov 1, 2022, at SAM Club #4972 in Port St Lucie, FL. I purchased two wiper blades at the Tire department and was told they would install them in my vehicle. After thetechnician started trying to remove them, I noticed he needed the required technique and may need help to remove them properly. Waist my time. The customer service nice but not helpful at all. Even I had to call back more than 10 times my problem still not solve. If you don't want hassle you shouldn't buy any funiture online. Almost a month nobody come to pickup the items and my money still not refund to me yet. Sick of it
they will close your account without your knowledge, they’ll raise your credit limit without asking you then close your account
Stand in line for long periods of time to checkout. Then stand in another line for them to scan your receipt and items again to make sure you’re not stealing anything, or they call security if you walk out the door without scanning the second time. I will NEVER renew this membership.
I ordered a Samsung TV on Oct 5, 2022 and never received it though it showed delivered on the website. After more than 8 calls I still haven’t gotten it. They refuse to refund me so that I can purchase another one from a more reliable supplier. They do not have a resolution team in place to assist longtime customers and nothing in place to assure delivery and a process for situation control. It’s truly sad that as a customer who spends thousands of dollars with a company and get no satisfaction.

Got gas at Sam's club gas station. Bought $14.03 in fuel. Used my debit card. When I checked my bank account, they charged a preauthorization debit in the amount of $100. They did this without any disclosure to the fact that they do this. I am now in jeopardy od overdraft fees from my bank for other autopays coming out soon. After talking to my bank, I find this is a common practice and have no control over. This practice should not be allowed.
Bought jewelry online and it was not what was stated. I have been trying to return it for 2 weeks and they tell me I cannot because my membership expired. I checked out with a free trial membership. I tried customer support 3 times and they keep telling me they will call the vendor and call me back. This is not fair and ethical business.
I booked a trip through Sam's club and when I arrived they never paid for my trip. This caused the resort to charge my card and put a 6k hold for 6 days. Sams eventually paid it but did not reply to my inquiry on why this happened and how it left me with 0 money for 6 days. Their customer service absolutely sucks. You can't get a resolution from anyone.
