Warning on Cancelling Synchrony Credit Card. 1. Sam's Club Synchrony Credit Card billed me for a Sam's Club membership after I turned off auto renew on the Sam's Club member site. Synchrony told me the auto renew was turned on at the Synchrony site. How can a credit card legally bill me for a service that was not started from the provider? 🚫🚫🚫Do not sign up for AT&T service at Sams Club. They promise you free installation and a $250 gift card and you get neither. When you try to reach a manager in person regarding this, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their face. Don't even try to call and leave a message for management because they won't call back. They're pretty much okay with the fact that they have reps in the store that lie to their members to get you to sign up for their service.

Management at the Warren OH location is horrible! I spoke with Jeff ******** about an issue involving a refund on a prepaid card for a drive up order that the store canceled and was treated like a criminal. He is condescending, rude, and ignorant. Jeff literally laughed when I was explaining the situation to him. He gave me misinformation and then deflected. At this point the fact that I was robbed of $30 is second to being treated so poorly by the face of this company.

Rep didn't even know what 2 -step verification was that Sam's put on my account without notifying or asking. The instructions on their site to take it off do not work. Second time encountering extremely rude floor managers that like to start unnecessary drama with customers. I am sick and tired of the obnoxiously loud gossiping, slander, and overall unprofessional floor manager's attitudes. My fiance had tried to buy groceries and alcohol at Sam's club and they wanted my ID which I had left in the car. Not sure I want to have to deal with this again its pretty inconvenient and we haven't had this problem in other grocery stores before. Would they ask to see ID from a 9 year old with her father? It doesn't make sense to me. I'm not sure if this is store policy? I would like some clarification.

Refused to cancel my membership when I called - kept trying to argue with me and basically made me feel as though they were keeping me hostage. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor they just kept putting me on hold. A horrific experience, and a company that will never receive another dollar from me.
