Chose Samm's because: Emilio's quote was the most comprehensive, including room measurements, better warranty coverage, and they don't sub out their installation crews. Louis and Josh did a quality installation, wore booties, tidied up nicely afterward, and they answered my questions.

Mario, Gabriel and Juan Carlos did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner. What impressed me was the teamwork and how they helped each other. From the very beginning I could tell they knew what they were doing and I knew they would do a great job. During the two day installation I often asked questions. I have been with Samms for about 7 years and my parents have been customers even longer. Daniel was awesome in his response to a system component needing attention due to a power surge. The girl in the office was very friendly and got us in quickly. Tim was very thorough and found a few issues we may want to look at repairing down the road. He never tried to push anything on us. He came in with full face mask and wore shoe covers in the house. Would highly recommend.
