I recently purchased a complete HVAC system from Samm's Heating & Air. The price was favorable and the equipment they sold me was top rated. Their crew showed up exactly when I was told they would. The crew was very professional and stayed on task the whole day first removing the old equipment, then mounting and connecting the new equipment. They verified that the new system was operating properly. They explained to me how to use it. The crew was competent and responded well to questions. All in all, a good experience.

I live in a 4,400 square foot home and needed to have two 5-ton AC and furnace systems replaced. Samm's professionalism started at the front door - the proposal rep gave us a "tour" of our own unit and the why's and how's of what had happened. He gave us a proposal that was unmatched compared to others in the area. The technicians were just as professional. All 3 were kind, courteous, and showed to be very diligent in their work.
