Excellent service. It took a couple of days for them to come because it is the summer, but Victor was just incredible. He went directly to the point and in few minutes knew what the issue was. I will definitely contact them again if I have problem and I would probably call them to do thw year around maintenance (hope that Victor is the one doing it) To the units.

Their excellence starts from the time you contact them until the issue is resolved. They are very thorough in determining what the issue is and they stay until it's corrected. (In my case, no parts were needed). I will definitely use them in the future. I would give them more stars if I could. It's nice nice to have a cool home again

Install crew including Luis, Victor, Aury, Javier, and Tyler we're great. They worked their tails off during two day install including a lot of new vents. Happy to have them as our crew. Thank you Samms HVAC for a great new system.

Samms did a fantastic job. From sales to installation, we couldn't have been more pleased. We purchased two complete systems, and each was installed carefully and professionally. The crew was amazing. I think they left my house cleaner than when they started. They were all hard working, polite, professional gentlemen who really seemed concerned about doing a great job.

We have used Samm's for all our HVAC needs for the past 10 years and we are NEVER disappointed. They perform our bi-annual service and replaced both our units a few years ago. They are reliable, fast and always polite. They are rarely the cheapest option but they always do it right the first time.
Emilio, Mario, Luis and Ricardo were a joy to work with and all displayed top level professionalism. Highly recommend Samm's for AC system replacement ... their price and execution was perfect.
