This is an excellent A/C & Heating contractor. They installed a new A/C & Heating system plus replaced the old ducts and did a great job. The three person crew of Luis B., Luis G. and Josh were all very professional and worked well together. They worked two long days and were very thorough. Juan G, Joshua G and Luis D were very pleasant and professional while installing our new HVAC system. I am always impressed with Samm's Heating and Air and we've had the pleasure of their services for 14 years! We've always experienced excellent Customer Care and this time was no exception! Our Specialists were awesome in meeting our needs and installed the unit to perfection. All 3 did everything right and were fantastic at completing our work. I highly highly recommend using Samm's Heating and Air! My Service Pro, Karl, went out of his way to make the process easy for me. He was professional, efficient and went above and beyond for me. Not only did he fix the issue with my heating system but he also changed the filter for me and when I apologized for the lights downstairs being out he helped me locate the breaker and get them back on. Best customer service!! Thank you so much.

Recently had my winter check due by Samm's after having my entire unit installed by them about two years ago, both furnace and AC. They did a great job on my install and have been conducting semi annual checks on my unit since then. They have always been very professional and easy to work with on appointment set up. I would definitely recommend them!

We have been Samm's customers for two years. This year we replaced our entire HVAC system (including ductwork). These guys know their trade very well. From the people that answer the phone, the estimate, installation and adjustments, all went well. The city inspector was impressed with their install! Gave us the green tag with out any corrections. Karl ****** came for our Fall Tune-up of our two heaters. He was thorough in his inspection, gave me some recommendations for the future when I replace the heaters and gave us an OK for the winter. We use Samm's services year round, so that includes our Air Conditioners.
