Samm's heating and Air Conditioning came to check on our AC unit within 24 hours of calling them, even during their busy season. They always kept us informed on when the technician would arrive and everyone is always very professional. We would recommend them for regular cleaning and for maintenance of the our units.

We had our scheduled maintenance of our air conditioning units. Javier did a wonderful job. He was courteous and kind. Prior to working, he asked if we had any issues with our units. He explained his findings and showed pictures of areas of concerns and offered solutions to fix them. I also feel that the pricing was fair. Also, in the past when we have had issues, we have have always been given same day service. We always have had fantastic service and experiences with Samm's!!

It was great to see Tiffany S. who came for the routine checkup. She was the lead on the team that installed the system 18 months ago.. Tiffany is knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and efficient. She took the time to really check out all the components and then explained her steps to me. She remembered the system. I was glad to see Tiffany again because it is a good sign that Samm's not only takes care of their customers but also their techs who seem to stay. I am so glad that I found Samm's.

Timothy was just awesome. Very professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to make sure that everything worked as it should with the two AC systems. This was a routine maintenance visit and I have never experienced someone checking g everything so diligently. The outside units were washed and look awesome now. Great job, Timothy. You take pride in your work and it shows.

We can't say enough good things about Samm's!! We had brand new units installed in our home inside and out in 2013. Within the last 6 months or so we have started having heat and air issues and discovered that the company that originally installed our Lennox units never registered them, so therefore, we have had no warranty on them. Had we known that they hadn't been registered, we would have done it ourselves. We have had three different HVAC companies come out and none of them could figure out why when you switch the unit ... read more

SAMM's HVAC - The best HVAC company we have ever used! We just finished replacing all HVAC units (furnace, compressor, some ductwork) in our home. Our units were 17+ years old - their days were numbered. Over the 27+ years we have lived in the Plano/Frisco area we have used numerous HVAC companies. SAMM'S is by far the best we have used. Great service and great new complete ac system installed. Marcus, Luis B, Aury L, Josh G, Daniel R, and Jordan A, were all very polite and professional. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Samms AC for any ac service needs. My thanks to Samms and the team. Super company!
