The Samms team from sales thru installation and set up were fantastic. They were respectful of our property, and considerate of the two 100 year old people residing with us. They installed the new AC and furnace quickly and we did not have any prolonged AC outage. They had the duct work installed the next day right on schedule and insured the new above the floor installation was acceptable. Samm's does our bi-annual heating and air conditioning checkup. They are reasonably priced for a small business like ours and they take care of repairs on this very old system in our building. Tim is polite and thorough and you never feel like you are getting the run-around. I recommend them if you are looking for an honest company in this area.

I had my semi annual service yesterday which went great. I also had Daniel C install a new thermostat and he installed a Reme Halo unit. He explained everything in detail about how it works, set up my new Trane thermostat and went through that as well. I could not be happier with the service Daniel C did and also for going the extra mile to get me all set up.

When we asked several Trane dealers for quotes, SAMM's was the only one that explained all the options and costs, giving us several options. We decided to replace our 20+ year old upstairs and downstairs systems in their entirety and are extremely happy with the results. Great products, service and worth the cost.

Extremely pleased with Samm's. They just replaced a 32yr old Trane AC/heater which finally died. Luis B., Aury L., and Gabriel R. were our installers and they were very knowledgeable, professional, & performed a clean install with attention to detail. When my other unit dies, Samm's will be my one and only call to perform the replacement. Good value, professional & great communication start to finish.
