Samm's was On time, professional, and trustworthy. I worried about worse case problems with my central air but Victor said it just needed a good cleaning. He showed us how to do the maintenance. Minimal charge for the service call and the house is nice and cool. Will use Samm's again.

Tiffany S. was great. She knew exactly what was wrong with my system, gave me a simple choice on replacement parts, and quickly finished. She even checked up on some other things for free. It was refreshing that she didn't try to upsell me on a dozen other services or try and "tech 'splain" how everything will just go catastrophic if I don't install Widget X ASAP. Samm's is my go-to a/c service shop now.

I had two estimates to replace my 3 ton unit that serviced the upstairs. The first estimate wanted to replace the heat exchanger along with air conditioner. Samms didn't try to push that and thought the current exchanger was sufficient. That saved me about $2500. Samms installers were great, efficient and orderly. They have their own person inspect the work, check the coolant pressures. They offered a white glove service to come in afterwards but the install guys left nothing to clean up. I highly recommend Samms.

Victor C. was great to work with. He showed up promptly and immediately. He diagnosed the problem and save me some options. The air condenser was out of coolant and he told me it would be expensive to fill. I almost fell over when he gave me a bill for over $1,000 dollars. I asked if his company offered a senior discount and it lowered my bill to $900. Where I come from I call that a rip-off. They were not my first choice but the were able to come on the same day I called. **** P for my aunt ********

The technician was able to come out on a Saturday at 9am to evaluate our exterior AC blower unit. It had failed the night before so we didn't have to wait more than one summer night without AC. He quickly identified the problem, and had a spare part in his truck ready to replace it (defective capacitor). Our AC was up and cooling our house again immediately. Thanks so much for the swift and great work!! Highly recommended service.
