VERY happy with the work performed by Luis, Eustolio, and Ricardo! They called ahead of time with an ETA, showed up on time, laid down protective floor runners to cover the entire path down the hallways and up the stairs, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and then cleaned up every trace of their having been there. Tim and Josh provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable and took time to explain things and answer my questions. Arrived within an hour of placing the service call. Laura who took my initial call was also very helpful. I didn't feel pressured to do any extra services. This was our first experience with Samms and will look to use them in the future.

Tiffany just performed my semi annual maintenance check. She was part of the team that did the original work on my system replacing the duct work. In addition to being extremely competent, she was very personable and remembered details about my family from her visit six months ago. I continue to be impressed by this family owned business and highly recommend!
