Love this company! As always there customer service is excellent. Amber is always courteous setting up the appointment and Tyler the technician was prompt and polite and took care of making sure my heater was ready for the cold weather. I highly recommend them!

Samm's Heating & Air has an uncanny knack of hiring stellar staff members. Each one I have encountered over the install of three HVAC units, to the schedule staff, to the service staff are extraordinarily capable. My most recent tune up was done by Tyler -- yet another fantastic and knowledgeable technician. I can't think of another firm with whom I'd rather do business.

Been using them for years. Just had an issue with air conditioner late on a hot night on a weekend. Technician was out in an hour and resolved the issue in another. Odd issue, insulation inside unit had fallen on coils stopping flow and freezing up in ice. I have found them to be professional and knowledgeable. Recommend them wholeheartedly.
