I've been with Samm's for about 15 years and would highly recommend them. They've helped us in regular maintenance, quick repairs, and replacement when required have been terrific. I've been impressed with their approach to the overall design of the heating/AC system - stressing the importance of not only selecting the right condenser and furnace, but also the right ventilation system as well. Samm's has been awesome, from answering my call following a small fire at 2:30am to Tiffany coming out at 4am to look at the unit, which was no longer safe and required replacement. Marcos came out to talk through the options and sat in my very cold house to work up options for me. Samm's came through again. They got my heat going during this terrible storm. They diagnosed the issue. Instead of spending hundreds on parts that were not needed, they provided a simple fix.

Tiffany was a superior service person in all respects. She knew the equipment, it's operational information, and what needed to be done to service it correctly.
