We've been using Samm's for over ten years. They installed and maintained a brand new system at our old house, and when we moved we had them start maintaining the system at our new house. They are consistently professional, personal, well-informed, educational, and helpful. John did our most recent service, and he was extremely helpful in guiding me through what he had done and what we might need to do in the future. He answered my many questions thoughtfully, and was just terrific. Yet another great experience with Samm's!

Many thanks to Marcus who designed my new AC/Furnace configuration plus 'optimize' the original builder ductwork maze. He helped me understand how my old system air flow was not balanced within my two story home. I was impressed that he took extensive measurements within my attic to design and improve the ductwork setup as well as adding a return vent to the 1st floor. One of the best decisions we made was using Samm's to completely change our heating and air conditioning system. Since that decision, Samm's has been great about coming out to perform scheduled maintenance and, specifically, address a thermostat malfunction on a Sunday morning. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs. They've all been pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable!
