From the technical sales call to installation- outstanding! Marcus Melrose conducted an assessment upon arrival and identified several things that needed to be done. He broke it down into stages which allowed me to address my immediate needs and plan for an enhancement. Not pushy or pressured upscale- just honest and very professional. The installation team was also very good. They were courteous, careful, knowledgeable and worked a full day. This is the kind of business I'll stick with given my experience.

Wow! Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning is fabulous! They are so nice, and at the same time, very competent and professional. John diagnosed our problem in less than a minute, and the whole thing was repaired and working again within 20-30 minutes. He even took time to look at another HVAC unit in our house without charging us a dime. This company is honest, considerate, very good at what they do, and they give a military discount.
