My husband and I have been extremely happy with all service we've received so far from Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning. They recently installed a new HVAC system in our home and Javier & his assistant JD came today to test the airflow in each room. They did an excellent & very thorough job of adjusting & re-distributing the airflow and now all rooms are cooling very well and evenly! John came out to perform the one year evaluation of the system we purchased from Samms, midway through the window we were given to expect his arrival. He was professional and as far as we can tell did what he said he would do.

They were great! Marcus was the one that came out for consultation and he was extremely thorough. He did a heat load calculation to see what size unit I needed, he showed me the math on why I needed more returns, and he showed me why my sons room wasn't getting the airflow it needed. Several other companies just said we could try to "balance" the air out for his room. The problem was that the duct was too small in diameter, no amount of dampers could make it better. Samm's came out the same day and fixed our old A/C. They were very professional from start to finish. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Our technician was Tiffany and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. She had our A/C fixed immediately. We are aware that are A/C units are old and need to be replaced soon. We appreciated there was no high pressure sales tactics. She provided us with useful information, education and options. In the future, we will be buying new unit... read more
