When we realized it would be too expensive to be worth fixing, they sent a sales consultant that helped me make a good decision. They did a professional job and were on time. Our first whole system was installed. No problems but of course it's only been a week or two. Still waiting for the downstairs unit to be installed in two weeks.

I had a great experience with Luis and the other techs working with him. What a great team! They spent 2 days here replacing my entire system. They kept me informed, cleaned up after themselves, were efficient and courteous. I feel confident that I made a good choice in choosing Samm's to replace my system. Came home to 80 degree house yesterday evening - after some investigation I realized the A/C unit (outside) would not start up. Called HAMM's for their after hours service, promptly received my callback - tech was here within 30 minutes. He went completed a thorough check & discovered an electrical switch (40 AMP 2-pole) on the outside unit failed. GOOD NEWS !!! it could have been so much worse. Was here less than an hour .... house was once again cool & comfy 😠I recommend Hamm's ... friendly, professional service - loca... read more
