Since we purchased our replacement HVAC system several years ago, I've never felt the need to go to anyone else for service. Every service call has been characterized by a prompt (on time) appointment, and impressively efficient, professional, and friendly technicians. My most recent experience was with John W****** who was all the above and more.
I have been a Samm's customer for over ten years. This company is the best, bar none. It gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I have an AC or heating issue, that I can call Samm's and they will take care of us. Over the years we have had so many great people at Samm's who have come out to our home. Karl and Tiffany, in particular, are stand outs!!
