Our thermostat went out at 10 pm on Saturday night. The technician told me they could be here at midnight or 7 am the next morning. Absolutely great service. We have used them for several years.

The service tech was at my house for less than 15 minutes. He recharged the Freon in my secondary AC unit and replaced a filter pad on my attic heater unit. The total bill was $321. I do not know if that service fee is high or low considering our current Covid situation, but I was very surprised. I will do more checking before I make my next appointment.

When you called for emergency service all pricing ( diagnostic fee which would be waived upon repairs) was explained clearly as was the work to be done and cost before your approval.
