First time I've needed to have our HVAC system looked at, and Samms did the trick. The office staff were kind and got me an appointment the same day I called! Plus, our tech was thorough in his inspection and answered all of my questions about our system. Great to have such kind and honest businesses!

Juan seemed to do a very thorough job servicing all our units - spent at least a couple hours doing the work. He was quite courteous and informative on his findings and recommendations. And, from what we can determine he did a good job replacing the capacitors on 2 of the units. Would like Juan to perform our service in the future.

This is the second HVAC unit that we have had installed by Samm's. They did an excellent job once again. Mario, Eustolio and Ricardo, the installers, were professional and efficient. Marcus, our rep showed up during the job to make sure all was progressing well. They cleaned up afterwards and left our home just as they found it. I highly recommend Samm's.
