We have been using Samm's for many years, probably from shortly after they started in business. At that time they were under contract with a well-known home warranty company and that's how we became associated with them. Our A/C had failed and they rapidly corrected the problem we had, but alerted us that the home warranty company would only allow them to use the cheapest parts that would make the system operational again, even if that meant it would fail again in the near term. I was very happy with the service provided by Samm's. The tech, Matt, was very helpful, personable, worked quickly, and showed me / explained to me what he was doing. The only issue was I made an appointment for 8AM-12PM a month ahead of time for the 1 year post-installation checkup. They didn't tell me until the verification call the day before that they wanted me to allot 2 hours (1 hour for each unit). Then they called at 11 saying their tech was caught up in a repair and asked if I was okay with another tech coming late.... read more
