I have used Samm's's for a number of years and have always appreciated their customer service and knowledge of everyone that came out to check my unit. Cole was out just a couple weeks ago and he did a great job. He is very thorough and conscientious. All their repairmen will bring to your attention something that should be fixed or maybe should've been fixed by another company because they want to keep the unit running and in good working condition for your comfort. I highly recommend this company.
