Did not fix the problem. I was charged for the technician to come out, and that charge was to be applied to service performed. The technician said the main drain line was blocked but didn't clear it out. They expect me to pay again for them to come out and clear the drain line. This service did nothing but waste my time and money. I am still trying to find a good HVAC service that I would use again and that I would recommend.

Very fast response, out in a couple of hours. WOW ! Very efficient and through tech. Did not try to sell a new a/c unit, fixed the problem. Very reasonable price. Will be using in the future. A honest and caring company.

Daniel was fantastic. Very professional and knew exactly what needed to get done. Our drip pan leaked out last Saturday night and they came out on a Sunday. We have been using the same AC company for last 20 years, but Samm's heating and air have become our new go to.
