Big Positive: The installation team, (not allowed to identify in accordance with BBB guidance) did an excellent job of removing the old water heater, installing the new water heater and making modifications to the ventilation, gas and water piping to bring my system up to state and local code. They were very polite and did a thorough clean-up following the project. I would rate the installers Five Stars. After realizing my old water heater was completely and irrevocably corroded, we requested a quote. The whole process was very easy, and ****** delivered exceptional customer service.
