Once he finished, he showed me how the toilet worked and the dos and dints for this toilet. I appreciate the information. It will save me from having to replace items in the tank. Overall, he receives a 10/10 for me!

They were prompt, efficient and professional. They were friendly and helped me with something my regular plumbers would have charged me for and they refused to be paid for the extra help. Besides all of that, they were $600 less than the price offered by my regular plumbers. From here on out they are my guys!

They were terrible. Worked with them for almost three weeks trying to get a tankless water heater replaced. They are supposed to be the installer for *********** Had a heater picked out through ********** because I knew it would fit the space that the old one was in. First thing that they tried to do when the plumber eventually arrived after 8 hours of waiting, was to try to sell me a different one that wouldn't fit.
