He emptied out the cabinet, installed the disposal, tested it, put everything back in the cabinet, cleaned up after himself, and was gone in 45 minutes. I was very impressed.

Big Positive: The installation team, (not allowed to identify in accordance with BBB guidance) did an excellent job of removing the old water heater, installing the new water heater and making modifications to the ventilation, gas and water piping to bring my system up to state and local code.
