Installed garbage disposal purchased from *********** They called me the morning after the purchase to schedule the installation. The process was as advertised. The plumber, *********************, was great! He was punctual, friendly, worked quickly and was patient. I would use this company again.

Same Day Water Heaters through ********** installed our new Water Heater. The service was efficient, job done quickly and the installers were courteous and professional. Shout out to ******. I was also charged $769 for "necessary parts". All these extras were on the bid sheet and seemed unnecessary as the parts they replaced looked suspiciously like the original parts. . I feel taken advantage of by this company and will not use them again. Nor would I recommend them.

ordered my garbage disposal from *********** appointment was scheduled. here is where i say pay attention to the customer service after having issues with original installer. did not receive a call the day before and the day of appointment. contacted same day water heaters spoke to ****** and *** 4 total times as i contacted 12/21/23 about not receiving a call one day prior to confirm appt. Very fast,efficient and courteous service. ******* explained to me what i needed to have done to bring things up to code. He also set up my new water heater. Showed me how to flush it once a year. I highly recommend this company and this plumber!
