The plumbers were prompt and highly professional. They answered all my questions and explained the warranty very clearly. I was told the basic price prior to the service. Once the plumbers arrived there were some added costs for parts needed to get the heater up to current code, but they were within the range of what I expected. I appreciated that I could refuse the service once I knew the full cost and that I would not be charged for a service call. He emptied out the cabinet, installed the disposal, tested it, put everything back in the cabinet, cleaned up after himself, and was gone in 45 minutes. I was very impressed.
