Very fast,efficient and courteous service. ******* explained to me what i needed to have done to bring things up to code. He also set up my new water heater. Showed me how to flush it once a year. I highly recommend this company and this plumber!

The plumbers were prompt and highly professional. They answered all my questions and explained the warranty very clearly. I was told the basic price prior to the service. Once the plumbers arrived there were some added costs for parts needed to get the heater up to current code, but they were within the range of what I expected. I appreciated that I could refuse the service once I knew the full cost and that I would not be charged for a service call.
