This was a replacement for a thirty year old toilet. ******* was prompt, professional, and did a great job for us. He had to make adjustments to the floor ****** to enable the new toilet to sit flush to the floor. He was courteous, focused, and did a terrific job of cleaning up after the install. Fast, professional service! I ordered a toilet from a big box store and Same Day Water Heaters provided the installation. Their scheduling was very fast. They called me the same day I placed the order which was a Sunday! I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. The technician was exceptionally professional and courteous.
