Same Day Water Heaters, supports Home Depot in tankless water hear service. The company sent Wayne V***** to our home to install. He introduced himself with ID and was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected current situation and immediately notified me of incompatible to the power hookup and worked around me getting my electrician company to send some asap. He did not want to leave me with no hot water. I appreciate him very much,
Simon was very professional, efficient, and did a great job replacing my old kitchen faucet -- the nut on my old faucet was rusted solid and wouldn't budge, so he sprayed it with WD-40, cleverly went to another job while it was soaking (so we wouldn't have to wait), and when he came back it, it came loose -- also a very courteous, personable, interesting guy... *********
Same Day Water Heaters, LLC was an amazing business that supports Home Depot. The call to them was handled with quick efficient response. The company sent Decker to our home to review an install the same day. Decker was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected current situation and explained options, product and process before beginning work to replace. We are extremely happy with service and their representative.
Brandon did an excellent job. He was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. He rolled out mats and the water heater never touched my floor. I was very impressed and would recommend Brandon with Same Day Water Heaters to anyone.

I one would like to say how much I do so appreciate the awesome service I have received from Same Day Water Heater. The customer service was great when scheduling and they even called me when they had an earlier appointment than the on I made. I did get the earlier service and their Plumber Gary came out. Gary too was professional and courteous and. From the agent on the phone (Zenita) truly going above and beyond to have scheduling fit my needs and find an appointment exactly when it fit my schedule best, to the installer (Ray) who was timely, explained everything, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Perez O**** recently did a Tankless Water Heater at my house. He did excellent job by completing the project in the timely manner. He also explained and showed me how to use the heaters. Great service by James T***** team from Same Day Water Heaters to install the Whole House Water softener.
All I can say is wow. Scheduled for a quote to install a tankless hot water heater with Home Depot. Sam Day shows up and said they cant use Home Depot products and would have to go with the original manufacturer due to code issues and then added on other stuff too, The home depot hot water heater is $999.00 and Same Days quote for the job is close to $6000.00. I wonder how many customers have been duped by these guys. ***************************
