WONDERFUL!! Excellent service, excellent people. I was actually expecting to be forced to buy a new water heater, but the tech looked over my system and made a few adjustments and now it is perfect!! If any of my friends ever need help or a new water heater, I know who to call now. I AM THRILLED.

**** of ************* did a great job installing my new faucet rapidly and when we discovered the manufacturer Kohler left out a critical part **** was very helpful in getting me the Kohler rep on phone to order the missing part. **** then returned to install the part and test the faucet fully . He explained the parts and function of the faucet to me fully.

I wanted to go off-script and install a specialty-order water heater. Same Day Water Heaters' customer service was great, and they sent a plumber to see if my idea was even possible, what it would take, and to provide an estimate. ************ was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, and figured out what we'll need to make it work. I've now ordered my water heater, and once it arrives I'll ask for **** to come out to install it.

**** took out my stool and then returned two days later to put it back. I was having my floor done. Everything went very well and I appreciate the service and efficiency of everyone involed. I also used them to install my hot water heater.

I had tank installed 10/29 & their plumber ******************* was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I had questions after install and he immediately got back to me with answers. Very efficient; had old tank out & new one ***** & running ** about an hr. No mess left behind. Price was reasonable compared to 1st estimate I got from another company which was ridiculous. I live in *** and highly recommend.
