I wanted to go off-script and install a specialty-order water heater. Same Day Water Heaters' customer service was great, and they sent a plumber to see if my idea was even possible, what it would take, and to provide an estimate. ************ was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, and figured out what we'll need to make it work. I've now ordered my water heater, and once it arrives I'll ask for **** to come out to install it.

**** took out my stool and then returned two days later to put it back. I was having my floor done. Everything went very well and I appreciate the service and efficiency of everyone involed. I also used them to install my hot water heater.

I had tank installed 10/29 & their plumber ******************* was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I had questions after install and he immediately got back to me with answers. Very efficient; had old tank out & new one ***** & running ** about an hr. No mess left behind. Price was reasonable compared to 1st estimate I got from another company which was ridiculous. I live in *** and highly recommend.

I had a new Water Heater installed on 10/14/2022. I found the Service provided by *************************************** to be exceptional. I was very pleased with the Plumber, ******* and his Son. ********* arrival was timely. He was Professional, Courteous and Efficient. He explained what had to be done prior to install. The old heater was under warranty so he had to drain and remove the old Water Heater, take it to ********** and pick up the new Water Heater. Same Day Water Heaters, supports Home Depot in tankless water hear service. The company sent Wayne V***** to our home to install. He introduced himself with ID and was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected current situation and immediately notified me of incompatible to the power hookup and worked around me getting my electrician company to send some asap. He did not want to leave me with no hot water. I appreciate him very much,

Simon was very professional, efficient, and did a great job replacing my old kitchen faucet -- the nut on my old faucet was rusted solid and wouldn't budge, so he sprayed it with WD-40, cleverly went to another job while it was soaking (so we wouldn't have to wait), and when he came back it, it came loose -- also a very courteous, personable, interesting guy... *********

Same Day Water Heaters, LLC was an amazing business that supports Home Depot. The call to them was handled with quick efficient response. The company sent Decker to our home to review an install the same day. Decker was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected current situation and explained options, product and process before beginning work to replace. We are extremely happy with service and their representative.

Brandon did an excellent job. He was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. He rolled out mats and the water heater never touched my floor. I was very impressed and would recommend Brandon with Same Day Water Heaters to anyone.
