Mr. D*** was very polite, respectable, and friendly. He wore his mask and presented photo ID of employment upon arrival. He answered all of my nephew's questions about plumbing. He explained what he was doing and why and still completed the installment in less than 45 minutes. He provided great service and patience.
Excellent services I had a broken water heater leaking for days. After calling Same Day Water Heaters I was relieved. They came in to provide services to me in no time. They were very professional took all protocols and my new heater was replaced without a problem. Decker was very nice and knowledgeable he knows exactly what he is doing! I would highly recommend to anyone having water heater issues! I'll give them a 5 star with no doubt!
We are fortunate to have had Rodrigo N*** and his partner from Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing handle our water heater replacement. They arrived right on time and had everything needed to complete the work quickly and professionally. I recommend this company. When you speak with Henry in the office ask for Rodrigo to do your job!

Mike R***** was great! He helped to answer all my questions and got the hot water heater set up so efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Keith R****** gave me a straight up price on the replacement water heater and what parts and labor that were needed to bring all up to code. Showed me the Coppell City requirements printed from Coppell website. Showed me the parts and labor for each code needed. No grey area or games that some plumbers play with prices and un needed work. I got the water heater I asked for and all was installed the next day. Never have I been more pleased with Keith and Company! 10 Stars!!
Excellent, friendly, and professional service provided for kitchen faucet installation. I requested service on a Monday and my new faucet was installed beautifully on Wednesday the same week! The work area was spotless after work completed, I thought I cleaned but you couldn't tell work had been done no mess no smell just sparkle and great working faucet.
This is a class act Establishment. Professional service people and great follow up after the job is done. I would definitely use them again

Mark Jr. the plumber was great. Set one toilet and when he pulled another one, found water damage. Went over all our options, and explained what had happened. Took care not not to do any damage (muddy feet, water etc.) to our home. Felt very good about his work and would have him again if needed.
