Very professional and fast service ! Very pleased with the product and the installation.
Installer charged me 700.00 more for 100.00 worth of parts and 10 minutes time to install them. Was told by installer that was Home Depot's set prices and he couldn't come down on price. I even offered to give them the parts out of my own work van. Good way to not get new customers. Gas line to water heater wasn't even checked to make sure it wasn't leaking. Which it was. Was given no paperwork for the install except Home Depot receipt. Paid 1 1/2 times cost of water heater for install.
Ordered water heater through Home Depot and it was installed the next day. Scott, the installer was professional and knowledgeable. He did a fast and efficient job installing the water heater. Will definitely recommend them. I'm very satisfied.
We were without hot water for a week already & our home warranty could not find any one and everyone we called had a 2 week wait and I saw the sign at Home Depot and gave it a shot, I was very shocked, surprised in a good way. Having a senior and 2 babies in the house we could not wait any longer, Home Depot your provider was Very Polite no BS explained everything will use them again. Better than I expected!!! He deserves double!!!
Loved using this service thru Home Depot. Same day service was exceptional. Arrived, removed, and installed new water heater in one hour fifteen minutes. Service and friendliness was top tier.
the plumber came unprepared forgot a battery for the pump and made a mess of things and took 6 hours to install the water heater
