Well this was the best customer service experience I believe I've ever had. The company personnel were very courteous and very responsive. The plumber arrived on time after a call-ahead notice. The unit was exactly the one I ordered. The plumber explained in detail what the work would involve and began only after I agreed to the charges. Installation went well and the unit is working fine.
