Scott did a great job and was absolutely professional despite the mess that my old hot water heater was in. His team did a great job at a reasonable price and I am nothing less than thrilled.

Jorge Galvan, from Same Day Water Heater, was courteous and very helpful. He even built a platform to, raise the water heater above the gas line so it would fit. I would recommend Jorge and Same Day for any one that needs a water heater installed. Home Depot referred me to Same day when I upgraded from a 30 gallon to a 50 gallon water heater.

Well this was the best customer service experience I believe I've ever had. The company personnel were very courteous and very responsive. The plumber arrived on time after a call-ahead notice. The unit was exactly the one I ordered. The plumber explained in detail what the work would involve and began only after I agreed to the charges. Installation went well and the unit is working fine. The plumber made the arrangements to have the unit inspected by the city, and the inspector came by as scheduled today. Everything passed... read more
