Plumber didn't wear mask and forgot to screw back the lid after setting thermostat on water heater
The customer service representative, Henry S*****, who took our call was fantastic. He was polite, professional and personable. Exactly what someone working in customer service should be. Out water heater has not been installed yet, however Henry was such a great person, I felt he deserved recognition.

We went through Home Depot to get quality service for replacing our hot water heater. I was told that Brad H****** would be contacting my wife or me the same day. He did and was in our home evaluating the situation. As soon as we pulled the finances together two days later, Brad was installing our new Rheem unit. He explained details to my wife and she conveyed them to me. It made a really hard situation into a pleasurable experience.
Shawn was great---showed up when he said he would. Arranged for helpers as it was a very difficult to get to space where the water heater was. They had the job done--like clockwork--the crew knew what they were doing as a team.
Gary was fantastic ! He is very knowledgeable, professional, not to mention, friendly.

They were very professional, punctual,and courteous. The quote they gave me was what I paid. I would difinitely hire them again. The installer Shawn showed up and advised me that the water heater that we had ordered was to big in diameter to fit through my staircase in the attic. He recommented a smaller version with the same capacity and told us that since the water heater was in the attic it didn't require excessive insulation.
