Mike R***** was great! He helped to answer all my questions and got the hot water heater set up so efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Keith R****** gave me a straight up price on the replacement water heater and what parts and labor that were needed to bring all up to code. Showed me the Coppell City requirements printed from Coppell website. Showed me the parts and labor for each code needed. No grey area or games that some plumbers play with prices and un needed work. I got the water heater I asked for and all was installed the next day. Never have I been more pleased with Keith and Company! 10 Stars!!
Excellent, friendly, and professional service provided for kitchen faucet installation. I requested service on a Monday and my new faucet was installed beautifully on Wednesday the same week! The work area was spotless after work completed, I thought I cleaned but you couldn't tell work had been done no mess no smell just sparkle and great working faucet.
This is a class act Establishment. Professional service people and great follow up after the job is done. I would definitely use them again

Mark Jr. the plumber was great. Set one toilet and when he pulled another one, found water damage. Went over all our options, and explained what had happened. Took care not not to do any damage (muddy feet, water etc.) to our home. Felt very good about his work and would have him again if needed.

I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot and received a quote for installation through their affiliate at Same Day Water Heaters. While the phone call with the quote provider failed to ask about dimensions and information about what county I lived in, which ended up affecting the cost of my actual installation, the two installers who arrived at the house went over all of that with me in detail.
