I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot and received a quote for installation through their affiliate at Same Day Water Heaters. While the phone call with the quote provider failed to ask about dimensions and information about what county I lived in, which ended up affecting the cost of my actual installation, the two installers who arrived at the house went over all of that with me in detail. Brandon was professional and did an excellent job with the install. From the explaination and answering my question to the clean up when he finished, he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him and Same Day Water Heaters!

Home Depot contracts Same Day Water Heaters to perform repairs, but when they got a repair job, they called to say that they only do new installations. Called Home Depot, who verified that their contractors are expected to perform repairs as the website states. Called Same Day Water Heaters to find out what the deal was. First the representative tried to say they misunderstood. DO NOT do business with these people. I sat up an appt. on Monday 5-17-21 and they scheduled an 8-5 on Thurs. 5-20-21 which is the best they will due so my wife and I were stuck in our home all day waiting and waiting and waiting so ar 4:15 p.m. I called and talked with three different representatives and waited for 2 more hours for someone to call me back to tell me what was going on. Plumber didn't wear mask and forgot to screw back the lid after setting thermostat on water heater
The customer service representative, Henry S*****, who took our call was fantastic. He was polite, professional and personable. Exactly what someone working in customer service should be. Out water heater has not been installed yet, however Henry was such a great person, I felt he deserved recognition.
