Installer was great! The entire experience was great actually. Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday night (right? Because that's when things break down!!) We went into our local ********** and picked out the water heater we wanted, then they referred ** to Same Day Water Heaters for the install. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, and she did everything she said she would do. We called about 8:30 Technician was at our house with our new hot water heater by 10am. His name was ************ and he was spot on. Friendly, informative. And did a great job of putting in the new hot water heater. The service was excellent and we are super pleased.

**** of ************* did a great job installing my new faucet rapidly and when we discovered the manufacturer Kohler left out a critical part **** was very helpful in getting me the Kohler rep on phone to order the missing part. **** then returned to install the part and test the faucet fully . He explained the parts and function of the faucet to me fully.
