**** of ************* did a great job installing my new faucet rapidly and when we discovered the manufacturer Kohler left out a critical part **** was very helpful in getting me the Kohler rep on phone to order the missing part. **** then returned to install the part and test the faucet fully . He explained the parts and function of the faucet to me fully.

I wanted to go off-script and install a specialty-order water heater. Same Day Water Heaters' customer service was great, and they sent a plumber to see if my idea was even possible, what it would take, and to provide an estimate. ************ was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, and figured out what we'll need to make it work. I've now ordered my water heater, and once it arrives I'll ask for **** to come out to install it.

**** took out my stool and then returned two days later to put it back. I was having my floor done. Everything went very well and I appreciate the service and efficiency of everyone involed. I also used them to install my hot water heater.

I had tank installed 10/29 & their plumber ******************* was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I had questions after install and he immediately got back to me with answers. Very efficient; had old tank out & new one ***** & running ** about an hr. No mess left behind. Price was reasonable compared to 1st estimate I got from another company which was ridiculous. I live in *** and highly recommend.
I had a new Water Heater installed on 10/14/2022. I found the Service provided by *************************************** to be exceptional. I was very pleased with the Plumber, ******* and his Son. ********* arrival was timely. He was Professional, Courteous and Efficient. He explained what had to be done prior to install. The old heater was under warranty so he had to drain and remove the old Water Heater, take it to ********** and pick up the new Water Heater.
