Very happy with the service. Not only easy, but comprehensive, professional service Tech. *** did an outstanding job. Kept me informed before his arrival, review of what was needed, progress of his work, and summary after completion. Installer was great! The entire experience was great actually. Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday night (right? Because that's when things break down!!) We went into our local ********** and picked out the water heater we wanted, then they referred ** to Same Day Water Heaters for the install.
