Very happy with the service. Not only easy, but comprehensive, professional service Tech. *** did an outstanding job. Kept me informed before his arrival, review of what was needed, progress of his work, and summary after completion. He also had to do some extra items to make sure my older home's connections were all up to current standards and inspection criteria. Actually exceeded my expectations.

Installer was great! The entire experience was great actually. Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday night (right? Because that's when things break down!!) We went into our local ********** and picked out the water heater we wanted, then they referred ** to Same Day Water Heaters for the install. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, and she did everything she said she would do.
