The next day he came to install the new sink and did the same, arriving at time scheduled. He also let us know that there was a "sound" with the disposal and discussed possible indications and possible actions but assured us it was fine. When he finished he showed me what I need to do with the tanks to control the pilot on the water heater. He was GREAT!
