I've bought many vehicles and the experience is typically one that I have to prepare myself for a battle. I really appreciated Emmanuel letting me know this vehicle had arrived and joining me up with my fusion. I got everything I wanted in the vehicle. Aside from the long wait for financing, the financing process was very smooth. Kelt did a great job of explaining everything and walking us through the paperwork. Upon leaving there was a bit of a hiccup with the vehicle still being in transport mode, but Benson did a great job of finding someone to fix it.
Robbie was very helpful and assured me that the service work would be completed correctly.

It was great as my car died at car wash and had to be jumped to get there. I was not sure what the problem was and he immediately greeted me and got started on my car.
