Excellent-all around. Sales service outstanding with LaRay. He made us feel at home and acted as a though the sale was personal.
It was great. Easy, fast quality service. One recommendation: On our Ford Transit, I had asked the service department to align it because it wasn't tight at the back of the door. Whatever the collision center did on the paint touchup AND slider door alignment, they need to tell the service department techs how they adjusted the door because it is just like it was when we bought it 10 months ago. The service techs didn't really do anything with it, but collision was abe to adjust it under warranty without a problem.
Very smoth and enjoyable experience. This was the second car I have purchased from this dealership this year.
Outstanding experience with Robbie Butler, 5 Star Plano is far better than other Ford dealerships in the N Texas area.
