Tony did a great job helping with a warranty tire replacement He set expectations honestly with no surprises and kept me posted on the repair status .
Aggressive pricing and customer retention. Made negotiating interesting between Plano and Lewisville locations, but ultimately, Plano was willing to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Laid-back approach didn't make we feel rushed into buying the truck. .
Robbie was very helpful in that he understood immediately the issue I was having with my 2015 Edge losing power suddenly while driving. I had talked to other service advisors previously and they stated they were not aware of the problem. Robbie got me to bring my Edge in immediately and he had it repaired in half a day. He was enjoyable to work with and I will call him with any other service needs. .
Once the car was at the service area the level of service was excellent. It was fast and i had a loaner car and was on my way to work in time. .
Tony checked me in & Works Pkg was done in about 1 hr. I'm having a few issues with 2 different interior trim items that are cheap plastic & shouldn't just break from normal use. Tony checked into this & worked out a pretty fair solution
Mr Mandrell was exceptional, words cant express ,how much he has bern a blessing, also he had great customer service skills ,also reassured me to not worry , because all of Sam Packs vechile waa reliable, and he got me a car that was afforable .ill definielty return for my next vechile
He was gracious and professional. He would take care of my service requests and felt confident it would be handled. Parts clerk was very nice as well
Robbie is 100% fantastic. He got everything taken care of that I asked- and even went above and beyond in having a recall taken care of that I wasn't aware of with the door handles. It is an issue with the door handles that brings my satisfaction level down.
