AUTO BUTLER and oil change
Roland went out of his way to look an issue with my hood release. Other dealerships (especially the untrustworthy North Central Ford) might have insisted that I put it in the shop to check it out, but Hamond used WD-40 and fixed it in no time. This gained my trust because he was honest. Because of that, I decided to get a new battery installed (at Five Star Ford), which I had been planning to get from Sears.
Oil Change and a nail in the tire
Good, took just over 2 hours which I thought was a little long, but overall everything was good.
Very pleased with all involved. Brian was very courteous and informative.
Brought in my truck because the rear camera hadn't been working. Of course the camera worked the entire time it was at the shop and was working when I left the shop but hasn't worked since getting home. They didn't do anything to the camera when it was there because it was working. Murphy's Law. All of the other things that needed done was done and the truck was ready when they said it would be (although they forgot to wash the truck like they said they would do).
