Brought car in twice now - all day service done a bit early - appreciated it. Service for SYNC took just over 2 hours - wish you could make appointments for that so didn't have to wait for others to finish.

I was in for a recall on door locks. Everyone was excellent in how they took care of the problem I was informed each step. The shuttle drivers were great.
