I used to go to Autonation Frisco for vehicle purchases and service. I was tired of the customer service at Autonation Frisco so I gave Sam Pack's a try. My experience was amazing and from this point forward I will ONLY got to Sam Pack. Brandon (GM), Rich Ruane, and Felix are top notch. They are the kind of employees every company wants to have. Because of them, I believe in FORD again (and even bought a new vehicle).
