Overall, it was a great experience. I was turning in a lease and purchasing a new vehicle. Laray was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure I got what was best for me. He showed that he cared and worked hard to get the price that would work best for me.

Great service department! From the moment I got there, Eddie made me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in capable hands. Quick diagnostic check and quick turn around time. Eddie was great at communicating the problem as well as letting me know what needed to be done to resolve it.

Dropped off Vehicle for oil change. Felix assisted me with dropping the vehicle off and called me as soon as it was done, which was much sooner than expected.

There was some difficulty in diagnosing the problem but Eddie kept me informed on the progress and stayed late so I could pick my vehicle without additional rental car expenses. Eddie is a great asset to your store.
