I had a positive experience, once again, at Five Star Ford. Their customer service was great and they delivered on their commitment in fixing my vehicle within the timeframe disclosed. .

Good service experience. My only criticism is that an oil change is advertised at $34.95. The truth is that an oil change will cost up to about $49 because of oil disposal and other fees, and extra quart if my vehicle uses 6 quarts. All this is in the fine print. If I ask how much an oil change costs, I would appreciate a complete answer before I agree thinking it is $34.95. .
Chris was great and helped us find the vehicle Ford Explorer with the options we wanted, and helped make the experience a great one. .
It was great! Rashaun was the first one to greet us when we arrived, and he was with us for the whole process. He listened to what we were looking for, picked out the perfect truck for us, and the whole process was painless and surprisingly quick. .
