It was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I purchased a vehicle and two days later came back with my son and he purchased a vehicle as well. .
Originally had to bring my 2014 Mustang GT in for a service and it was never figured out what was wrong with it. I had bought it there so we decided to trade it in and get a 2017 Mustang GT. JC had helped me the last time and he was amazing again this time. Bridget in service was also very amazing. They are truly exceptional people. b.
I say this every time I come in but Dejuan is AMAZING! He understands what is important to me and makes it happen. I cannot say enough good things about his attitude, attention to detail and service. .
Had some frustration with getting in touch with a real person and felt like I was being bounced around from voicemail to voicemail and caught in the proverbial loop in the phone system after someone transferred me back to the operator. But once in the Service department, Eddie was kind and helpful and took care of me very professionally. Don called me and apologized for my frustrations and assured me I would be taken care of and my car was fixed in a timely manner. When I sent out to purchase a Ford Escape, I first went to test drive one at Five Star Ford in Plano. Hector Hernandez was the first person I met in my long buying process. He was excellent in every way: patient, attentive to my questions and understanding that this was just a test drive. I had no idea he would be my choice salesman for the actual purchase a month later.
Excellent service and taken to work and back to get the car .
