RecommendedScheduled to repair my couch. They canceled my first appointment because the technician was sick. They immediately rescheduled and came out as indicated. They communicated very well and did a great job repairing my furniture.

I have used Safeware twice now for my furniture protection and overall it was a good experience.
I filed a claim on a recliner and within 3 days the claim was settled. Safeware gave us a full credit for the cost of the recliner. I highly recommend Safeware and intend to use them with my next purchase.

I would like to edit my review of safeware.: Although disappointed about the pet damage not being covered. Mathew from safeware reached out to us with in an hour of my initial review on Facebook in a much more pleasant tone. The relationship this company has with its furniture sales people needs to improve. The terms and conditions needs to be explained to the people selling the insurance surrounding its pet damage coverage policies. Warning! Waste of money. They claim to cover a wide variety of accidents and incidents. What they fail to say is that if you own pets, you are pretty much boned. I filed a claim, followed all the instructions, pictures, incident report. Then after not hearing from them for several months I received a phone call telling me my claim has been denied. After my Thanksgiving break from college and I was beginning to prepare for my exams later in the week I was greeted with a dead laptop and was terrified! Thanks to safeware I was able to send my computer off to get fixed and had it back in two weeks! I am so grateful for this service because without it I would have lost my $1500 laptop and ALL of my schoolwork from three years of college! Very pleased with how safeware fixed my computer!
