If you were lucky enough to be saddled with their WARRANTY which states our companies clients and customers are our 1st priority, skip the wait and push, only Holly will try to help with claims. We bought Safeware coverage with my son's MacBook Air at Ohio University when he was a freshman. It wasn't until four years later that we needed to use it. Unfortunately, we forgot we had it and paid for a major repair out of pocket, which wasn't Safeware's fault. Safeware was very easy to deal with. We purchased an extended warranty with The Great Escape. Pamela dealt with me the whole process on first trying to get it fixed and then offering a resolution when it could not be fixed. She had great follow up and really changed my belief in extended warranty companies. I will not hesitate to use Safeware in the future and I hope Safeware appreciates the great service and help that Pamela provides their customers.
Safe ware was very easy to deal with. I had the claim submitted and the product repaired all within the same week.
Safeware was so easy to work with! I purchased a warranty for my son’s laptop. And when his laptop started acting strangely and was diagnosed with a bad hard drive, Safeware paid for a new hard drive and all the diagnostic and labor charges. Thank you, Safeware, for taking the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation!!!
